Surrogate Qualifications

Must be willing to deliver baby in Surrogate-friendly state
Between the ages of 21 and 42
Uncomplicated Pregnancy/Given birth at least once (C-sections ok)
Medically Healthy.
Parenting own child/children
No Criminal History
Health Insurance with maternity coverage preferred
A stable income in your household
Reliable transportation
No Medicaid/State Insurance
A non-smoker/not exposed to smoke
No history of drug or alcohol problems
May be required to deliver with an OB/GYN per your Gestational Carrier agreement
